We are a brand new boutique apartment building, featuring efficiency and traditional studio homes just one block from Lake Union! Our thoughtfully designed micro studio’s feature stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, plank hardwood floors, with new modern and efficient fixtures throughout. You may be asking: “What is micro studio?” It is an efficient alternative to the traditional apartment, to help reduce our carbon footprint. The homes comfortably fit a twin or queen size bed, have a built in desk, kitchenette consisting of a microwave and small refrigerator/freezer combo, and full bathroom (shower, toilet, and sink with vanity).
