Our homes are open and spacious with beautiful views from your walk out balcony.  We are right next to Wilber Park where you can find large picnic pavilions, basketball courts, playgrounds, and the Applebaugh Gardens in the lower level of the park. In the upper level you can find small picnic areas, Briggs Swilling Pool, Tennis/Pickleball courts and multi-use practice fields. All within the 56 acres of quiet walking and biking trails. We are also right next to the A.O. Fox Hospital and great locally owned restaurants and business. All while being just 8 minutes away from Hartwick College and Suny Oneonta. Our homes are equipped with in-wall AC units, baseboard heating throughout, large windows for natural lighting and plenty of closet space. We feature laundry facilities in each building, run by smart cards instead of quarters for convenience. Select apartments have in-home washer/dryers already installed.
